OVERVIEW

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Prigled website and your purchase or use of products offered through the store. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate account, payment, billing, and delivery information.

STORE INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

We try to present product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other information accurately. Screen colors and packaging appearance may vary slightly. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products without prior notice.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment authorization problems, shipping restrictions, or misuse of an offer. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled portion.

Prices, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and the final order total are shown at checkout. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Prigled patches are external-use personal wellness products for adults. Read the complete package label and ingredient list before use and follow all directions and warnings.

Do not apply to broken, irritated, or sensitive skin. Do not use if you are allergic to a listed ingredient. Stop use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs. Keep products out of reach of children. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition, are receiving treatment, or are unsure whether the product is appropriate for you.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Prigled name, branding, product images, graphics, copy, layout, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Prigled and may not be copied, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without written permission, except as permitted by law.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use the store to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with store security, collect information without authorization, place fraudulent orders, or misrepresent your identity.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The store may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and social platforms. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, a particular wellness outcome, or that a product will be appropriate for every person. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prigled will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the store or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

CHANGES AND CONTACT

We may update these terms as the store, services, or legal requirements change. The version posted when you place an order applies to that transaction unless law requires otherwise.
