These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to prigled.com, your purchase or use of products offered through the store, and related PRIGLED services. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

Eligibility and account information

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. You are responsible for providing current and accurate account, payment, billing, and delivery information and for safeguarding your account credentials.

Store information and availability

We try to present product descriptions, ingredients, directions, images, prices, discounts, availability, and other information accurately. Screen colors, packaging, and minor product details may vary. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, refuse service, or discontinue products or offers without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when PRIGLED confirms it or begins fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment authorization problems, shipping restrictions, unusual quantities, or misuse of an offer. If we cancel a paid portion of an order, we will refund the amount charged for that portion.

Prices, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, recurring terms, and the final total are shown at checkout. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Subscriptions and recurring purchases

If you select a subscription option, you authorize recurring charges and shipments at the price and frequency disclosed before checkout until canceled. Subscription purchases are also governed by our Subscription Policy. During checkout, you may be required to acknowledge the recurring-purchase terms.

Product use and safety

PRIGLED offers dietary supplements, oral-care products, and other personal wellness products. Read the complete package label, ingredient list, directions, and warnings before use. Use each product only as directed, do not exceed a labeled serving, and do not use a product if you are allergic to an ingredient. Keep products out of reach of children.

Stop use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs. Consult a qualified healthcare or dental professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition, are receiving treatment, or are unsure whether a product is appropriate for you.

Individual experiences vary. Store content is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. PRIGLED products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease unless expressly authorized by applicable regulators.

Returns, refunds, and delivery

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Processing, delivery estimates, tracking, and shipping issues are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Reviews and other submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant PRIGLED a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display that content in connection with the store and its marketing, subject to applicable privacy law. We may moderate or remove submissions that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

The PRIGLED name, branding, product images, graphics, copy, layout, and other store content are owned by or licensed to PRIGLED and may not be copied, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without written permission, except as permitted by law.

Prohibited use

You may not use the store to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with security, scrape or collect information without authorization, place fraudulent orders, evade purchase limits, or misrepresent your identity.

Third-party services and links

The store relies on or links to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, subscription providers, carriers, and social platforms. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, a particular wellness outcome, or that a product will be appropriate for every person. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PRIGLED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from use of the store or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify PRIGLED against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the store, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at PRIGLED’s place of establishment, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available where they reside. We may update these Terms as the store, services, or legal requirements change. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that transaction unless law requires otherwise.
